How can I order salt?
Placing an order at Eurosalt is very easy:
Step 1: put salt product(s) in shopping cart

Find the salt you want to buy and click on the 'Add to cart' icon.
Do you want to look around? No problem. The item stays in your shopping cart until you're done.
Then click on your 'shopping cart' (top right).
Continue with your order.
Step 2: Check order

Do you have the right salt products in your shopping cart?
Is the billing address correct?
If the delivery address is different from the billing address, please indicate this and enter the correct delivery address.
Please indicate the desired payment method. You can pay with ideal and credit card
Is everything okay? Then click on 'Pay'.
Step 3: Payment and completion

Pay according to your choice of payment.
Within a few moments you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an overview of the order and confirmation of your delivery date. If you do not receive a confirmation email within fifteen minutes after placing your order? Then contact us!
When will I receive my order of salt?
When you place an order, you can choose a day in advance on which you would like to receive the salt. If we have your salt product in stock we will deliver within 3 working days.


How will my salt order be delivered?
Our salt products are delivered by truck with a tailgate. The salt products are then delivered to your door.


What is the best way to store salt?
Salt can be kept indefinitely if stored dry and covered.


How can I file a complaint?
You can of course inform us by telephone or send an e-mail to info@eurosalt.nl . We strive to resolve the complaint as quickly and as well as possible. You will always receive a confirmation of receipt of the complaint with a deadline.
